Kelly Aurand, CDC Director Early on, Kelly worked at CDC during her summer months as a school-age teacher supplementing her university training. Upon graduating from Winona State University in May of 2004 with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, Kelly qualified to teach Kindergarten thru grade nine as well as the pre-primary level and was appointed to the position of Assistant Director during her fourth year of employment at CDC.
In recognition of her educational background and her proven record of dedicated work in helping the center flourish, Kelly now serves as Director.



Amanda Richoz - Assistant Director Mandy joined the CDC team in August of 1995 as one of two original employees. She first gained experience in the three and four year-old class room and subsequently became a pre-school program teacher. When the infant/toddler room opened, she assumed the position of Lead Teacher.
While working at CDC, Mandy continues her studies through classwork and seminars and has received her CDA (Child Development Accreditation). She has often been complemented by parents who observe her loving guidance and influence in the love of reading. In recognition of her dedication and excellent performance, Mandy was promoted to the position of Assistant Director.
