19th CENTURY PHOTOS OF BLC ELGIN

A 2009 grant from the BLC Endowment Fund enabled area youth to travel to Pittsburgh in mid-July to rehab homes for the impoverished.

Riverwoods provides programs for at-risk youth and year-round leadership development for teenagers from under-resourced neighborhoods in Elgin, Carpentersville and Aurora.
